What We Do

Our Approach
Every engagement begins with a defined objective. We ask what decision needs to be made, what evidence is missing, and which participants have authority to act.
We then agree on practical deliverables and a process for reviewing progress. Where an assignment requires legal, financial, engineering, or other specialist expertise, we identify the additional input needed and clarify responsibilities with the client.

Gbenga Omotayo is an international trade consultant, entrepreneur, and author of Export & Prosper. He leads Pacetas Agency and serves as Executive Director of USAfrica Trade & Business Network, Inc.
His work brings together market development, business engagement, and U.S.–Africa trade relationships.
Through USAFRICA Business Week®, he convenes government and business participants to discuss market access, commercial partnerships, and investment opportunities.
At Pacetas, he leads the development of advisory engagements that connect those conversations with preparation, defined responsibilities, and continuing commercial work.
The Platform We Own and Convene
Pacetas Agency owns USAFRICA Business Week® and convenes the platform in collaboration with USAfrica Trade & Business Network, Inc., also known as USAFRICA HUB. Pacetas Agency and USAfrica Trade & Business Network, Inc. are separate organizations. Pacetas delivers commercial services under its own client agreements. The nonprofit carries out its programs and collaborations under its own governance.
