Our Certifications
We are certified as an MWBE with The City of New York Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) Program, which expands opportunities for minority and women entrepreneurs to access government contracts and grow their businesses. When eligible businesses are certified with the City, they become more visible to prospective buyers, including City agencies and private contractors seeking to purchase goods and services.
Pacetas Agency is a black-owned agency and thus has the New York State Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise certification. The Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Program (MWBE) is for businesses owned by women and/or minorities in New York State. Any business owned, operated, and controlled primarily by women or minority group members is eligible. The program prioritizes these businesses for procurement for state government.
The Port Authority’s MWSDBE program helps businesses compete and grow. Businesses that are Minority, Women-owned, Disadvantaged and Service-disabled Veteran-owned (MWSDBE and SDVOB) certified with The Port Authority gain the opportunity to grow their business and access billions of dollars in contracting opportunities.
The SCA’s Mentor Program provides qualified and certified MWLBEs with training and opportunities to work on SCA projects.to develop, expand and manage a successful minority-owned, woman-owned and local business enterprise (MWLBE) program that effectively promotes the growth, education and prosperity of the largest possible group of diverse SCA certified and qualified firms
